SSPA Assessment Application

Theoretical reasoning, skilled observations as well as scientific scale construction methodologies are all observed in the Selling Styles Profile Analysis (SSPA™) as a substantive sales assessment application. Designed with salespeople in mind, by using studies based on salespeople themselves, the SSPA is the core assessment featured in the StyleLogix™ Sales Effectiveness Workshop.
The SSPA™ can be utilised in a variety of applications. Some common applications are:
- Assesses the organisation’s actual approach to selling (senior sales executives, sales managers & trainers and sales teams)
- Estimates an individual salesperson’s readiness to benefit from sales training
- Confirms the effect of sales training practices
- Improves flexibility for dealing with various sales situations by developing greater awareness of alternative ways to sell
- Confirms that sales training is producing sales behaviours consistent with the organisation’s core philosophy of selling
- Ensures that candidate salespeople are “fit” in the organisation’s sales culture
